A neighborhood kitchen built around the wood-fired hearth. We cook with what's good right now — from nearby farms, simply prepared, meant to be shared.
Our kitchen
Olive & Ash started with a single idea: that a wood fire makes food taste like somewhere. Everything that can touch the hearth does — bread, vegetables, fish, and the cuts we cook low and slow over embers.
We keep the menu short and let the season lead. Most of what's on your plate traveled fewer miles than you did to get here. The rest we make in house, from the bread to the ice cream.
